Recently Abe decided that a good career choice for him would be “the guy that puts people in jail”. He was explaining this to Scott the other day and Abe did express one concern for his future “But I don’t know which way to turn the key to lock ‘em up”
I’m in the habit of getting a few non-fiction books for the boys at the library and the other day Abe asked me if they “had any books about putting guys in jail” so he could brush up on prison slang I guess. Heaven help us.
Things I want to remember from this trip:
Leah tried to ride my bike with the handle bars backwards
Henry is terrified of all livestock we encounter at the zoo and the fair
Henry did manage to touch a chicken
My kids thought the waves were hilarious
Always seems like a good idea to have a picnic on the beach]

Abe is about to start another preschool year, I’ve been meaning to post these all summer. All these pictures are pictures taken by Abe’s preschool teacher. Ms Cindy, we heart her. I love to see these pictures and see that Abe has a life that is independent from mine and he loves it. You can see Abe’s happy little personality in these pictures, I love it. He is constantly keeping me screaming or laughing 24/7.
